Hello, I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Cheryl Bell and I have been a loan officer with First Pacific Mortgage since 1996. Prior to that time, I was an assistant with a realtor at Coldwell Banker where I utilized my real estate license. My real estate experience has given me wonderful insight to how the real estate and mortgage business work hand in hand. I understand the timelines and problems that realtors face. As a mortgage broker, I pride my self in my customer service. Although I don’t carry a cell phone with me all day everyday, my past clients would tell you that I constantly check my voice mail and return calls immediately thereafter.

I am a native Oregonian but have also had the opportunity to live in various parts of the country due to my husband’s military career for over sixteen years. But, home is where the heart is and Lake Oswego is home. My moving experiences help me to better undersand the needs and concerns facing new residents as they relocate to this area. I am an active member of the community and have been involved in the schools from elementary through high school as various committee charis as well as presidents of PTA and PEERS (a high school merit award group). I am also a member of PEO as well as National Charity League (a mother daughter philanthropy organization). My hobbies include gardening, which is my passion as well as reading, sewing and golfing.

My husband and I are almost at the point in our lives where we can call ourselves empty nesters. Our son has graduated from Oregon State Univeristy and is working in the health care industry and our daughter has one more year of high school. She wants to follow the Beaver tradition and go to Oregon State as well. Life is not dull!
