About Fred
I have been involved in residential and commercial mortgages
since 1976. I started with US Bank doing residential lending
and worked for 12 years managing a foreign owned real estate
investment company. In February 2004 I was pleased to join
First Pacific Mortgage as a Sr. Loan Consultant. Over the
years, I have seen many changes in the mortgage business,
but to me, these have been financial changes. What has not
changed for me is the high quality commitment to service I
feel that every one of my clients deserves. The mortgage experience
can be overwhelming. It is my job to be flexible and make
your mortgage experience a pleasurable one.
I am proud to be a native Portland area resident going to
Madison High School and graduating from Portland State University.
I am excited to watch our community grow.
I am married with two beautiful girls, both going to Clackamas
High School. I am involved in coaching kids, starting out
with T-ball and now helping the coaches in high school. I
also enjoy golf, fishing, and camping.
