BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS:
I have been working in the field of Mortgage/Finance in the
Portland Metropolitan area for the past 20 years. I have always
been able to maintain among the top producers because of my
Ethics, Positive Attitude, Ability to establish Trust and
Rapport, Communication Skills, Personal Knowledge, and a Commitment
to Achieving Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Professionalism.
I have been arranging RESIDENTIAL, GOVERNMENT, COMMERCIAL,
and SUB-PRIME Real Estate Loans. I have also been working
very closely and diligently with the Borrowers and Lenders
to obtain Optimum Closing Ratios and Competitive Financing
Terms and Rates.
