About Ken
First Pacific Mortgage was founded in 1983 to provide you,
the client, with all the choices necessary to make your dreams
of home ownership possible. As one of the original owners,
I have been privileged to watch First Pacific’s dramatic
growth in the marketplace.
We currently have four locations to serve you: Clackamas, Gresham, Idaho and Vancouver. We have opened
an affiliated company to serve your commercial needs, Executive
Capital Group.
Professionally, I belong to the Oregon Mortgage Lenders Association
(OMLA), National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), and
the Oregon Association of Mortgage Professionals (OAMP). I
currently serve on the legislative board of OAMP.
I graduated from Sam Barlow High School in 1978. I attended
Mount Hood Community College from 1978-1979, and the University
of Oregon from 1980-1981.
I am blessed to have a wonderful wife and family that are
still growing. Anita, my wife of 17 years, is also my best
friend. We have five children; Melissa 23, Thomas 21, Jordan
15, Josh 13 and Jake 10. I also have two grandchildren, Jedrek
8 and Lelia, 3 months.
In what spare time I have left I enjoy hunting, golf, athletics
and coaching my children on their different athletic teams.
I attend Good Shepherd community church and my personal faith
is the foundation of my life.
