 Mark
began his journey into the financial world in 1991.
As a young idealistic college graduate, he wanted to
make a positive difference in the community in which
he lived. When a position became available, Mark took
a job with the Federal Housing Agency (FHA) and made
his entry into the world of mortgage lending.
Since 1991, Mark has taken the knowledge and experience
he has gained and used it to help thousands of customers
make informed and educated mortgage decisions. He takes
the role and responsibility of being an advisor and
advocate very seriously. It is immensely rewarding for
him and for his team to provide information to others
to help them make positive financial decisions.

Linda
first became involved with mortgage lending in 1983. She
has worked in several capacities within the industry and
has a very thorough understanding of the mechanics involved
with mortgage loans. Linda first teamed up with Mark in
1998. Linda is very creative and is able to handle a varied
and busy workload. She brings a unique perspective to
the loan process and has extensive experience in the areas
of marketing, customer service, underwriting and processing.
Tena
joined First Pacific Mortgage in March of 1995. She
has worked in many different capacities of mortgage
lending. Tena then joined Team Aalto in October of 2006
as client coordinator and senior mortgage processor.
Customer service, detail to the transaction and knowledge
is what she brings to the #1 team at First Pacific Mortgage.
Jayleen
joined Team Aalto in October of 2005. As the closing
coordinator for the team, she helps to ensure that the
legal documents are sent from the lender to the title
company in a timely manner and helps to coordinate the
busy schedules of customers, Realtors and title companies.
Jayleen reviews closing statements, lender instructions
and legal documents to ensure everything is set up properly.
Jayleen is a quick and enthusiastic learner and has
proven herself to be a key component to successful transactions.
